Definitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In these terms, the following definitions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Codeline Agency:<\/strong> contractor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer:<\/strong> a natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Services:<\/strong> designing, building, delivering and maintaining websites and web shops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agreement:<\/strong> any arrangement between Codeline Agency and the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Subscription:<\/strong> a service with an annual term for hosting, maintenance and support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Applicability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements and services of Codeline Agency, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Website and Web Shop Development<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Development according to agreed specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Two rounds of revisions included, unless otherwise agreed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional revisions are invoiced separately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery takes place after payment in full, unless otherwise agreed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Content<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Texts, images and product information are supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and rights of these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Ownership and Right of Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After payment in full, the customer receives a right of use to the website or web shop. Source code, systems and development tools remain the property of Codeline Agency, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Hosting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hosting is included with active subscriptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of security risks or payment arrears, Codeline Agency may temporarily take the website offline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Subscriptions and Term<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subscriptions have a term of 12 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatic renewal for 12 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation at least 1 month before the end date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unused hours expire and are not transferable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Invoices must be paid within 30 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of late payment, \u20ac100 in administration costs may be charged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of continued non-payment, services may be suspended<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Codeline Agency is not liable for indirect damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant project or subscription<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer is responsible for the content and use of the website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Codeline Agency implements reasonable security measures but is not liable for damage caused by negligence on the part of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Termination and Transfer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon termination, the website can be transferred at a fixed rate. Development files are not included by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Changes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Codeline Agency reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
